Now on the Sunshine Coast
Skip the queue.
Order ahead from coffee vans, food trucks and market stalls, pay on your phone, and get a nudge when it’s ready. No waiting in line.
We’ve all been there
Saturday at the markets.
Little Johnny wants a potato slinky. Sarah wants tacos. Mum just needs a coffee. And your bacon and egg roll? Fat chance.
Three stalls, three queues. Line up for ten minutes, then wait another twenty while the tacos go cold and the coffee queue doubles. No thanks.

Everyone orders from their spot on the picnic rug. Each stall makes it while you wait, and your phone buzzes when it’s ready. Grab it and go. No lines.
Two ways to skip the queue
At work, or the markets
The van comes to you
The usual? Yes please.
Your coffee van stops at your work. When it’s on its way, The Usual asks if you want your usual. Tap yes and it’s made before you walk out the door.
- Scan the QR code on the van and pick the days it stops at your work.
- When it’s on the way, say yes to your usual, or change it.
- Grab it when it’s ready. Your card is only charged once it’s made.
Markets, events and the beach
Order from every stall at once.
At a market or event, open The Usual to see who’s serving near you. Order tacos from one stall, smoothies from the next and coffee from the van, then wander. Each one lets you know when it’s ready.
- Open the app, or scan a stall’s QR code, to see who’s open near you.
- Order from as many stalls as you like, each with its own order.
- Get a nudge as each one is ready, and pick it up. No line.
Your usual, learned for you
You don’t set anything up. The Usual remembers what you order from each van, so next time it already knows. Feel like something different? Change it in a tap.
Only charged once it’s made
Your card is held when you order and charged when your order is ready. Change your mind before the van arrives? Cancel, and you pay nothing.
Run a coffee van, food truck or market stall?
Take orders before you pull up, and keep the queue moving.
